We are a hired contractor by film companies throughout the world to locate talent for film. Specifically, we are relied upon to find new talent and undiscovered faces for each particular project. The final choices are made by the studios and we screen for them what we feel would best suit their needs. We are paid by the studios so there will never be a request for payment from the talent.
