People2View Terms and Conditions

Summary

This User/Membership Agreement ("Agreement") details the membership terms between you and People2View ("People2View"). Your access to our site and our services is offered subject to the following terms of use and by using our site you agree to be bound by these terms of use. You must read these terms of use if you wish to become a member, and use the People2View service ("Service"). If there is anything in this agreement that you object to, please do not use our Service or our Website.

Our Service

People2View provides a service where advertisers can place advertisements. People2View is not a Talent or Employment Agency but an advertising medium where Talent and Employers can communicate. People2View provides you your own web page and communication facilities to enable you to promote yourself. People2View is not responsible for the content and cannot guarantee the accuracy of any advertisements. People2View will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from the service whether or not caused by any negligent act or omission. People2View disclaims any warranty in relation to the operation, reliability, performance or availability of the service. People2View disclaims any liability for any loss, costs, damage, expenses, or any liabilities of any nature from the use of the service or advertisers on the service.

Privacy

People2View will not disclose any personal information about you or your account unless you give your prior permission or unless (a) we are required to do so by law (b) unless we believe the action is necessary to protect and defend the rights or property of People2View (c) it is necessary to protect the interests of other members or third parties (d) it is necessary to enforce this agreement.

All the information you supply to People2View is subject to our privacy policy, a link to which can be found on the bottom of every page of this site.

Suspension of Service

Your access to People2View Service may be restricted, denied, disconnected or suspended. People2View will give you notice when possible as to why and when. This may occur when (a) you use our service in breach of this agreement or you do anything that in the opinion of People2View may harm the operation or service. (b) there is a technical failure, modification or maintenance of the service and People2View will use reasonable endeavours to resume the service as soon as practicable. When you are restricted, denied, disconnected or suspended under this clause you remain liable for all charges throughout the period.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions may be changed by us. These changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the web site. Continuing to use the site shows your agreement to be bound by the new terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure you are familiar with the latest terms and conditions.

Proprietary Rights of Content

You agree and acknowledge that all content including text, music, sound, photographs, videos, graphics, or other materials that you have access to is protected by copyright laws. You agree that unless you are authorised to do so you will not sell, lease , copy, upload, download, or distribute in any way content to or from the site.

Conduct of Members

You agree to abide by all laws and regulations and you are solely responsible for anything that happens under your account username or password. You agree not to use the service to solicit business for any other service.

Indemnity

You agree to release, indemnify and keep indemnified People2View from and against all claims, costs (including legal costs and expenses), actions, liabilities, proceedings, damages, or demands suffered or incurred by us to any person or organisation arising out of or in connection with your use of People2View services. You acknowledge and agree that the information provided by and through People2View is for information purposes only and is not intended to constitute professional advice.

Applicable Jurisdiction and Law

Any agreements arising from this site with People2View and these terms and conditions are Governed by New Zealand law. Any dispute arising will be resolved in accordance with New Zealand law and will be heard in New Zealand.

Our Refund Policy

If you join on as a Full Member and cancel your membership within 7 days of signing up, People2View will refund your credit card payment through WorldPay.

There are two ways to cancel your Full Membership within 7 days and obtain a refund:

Method 1

1. Log into your People2View account
2. Go to MY SETTINGS in your private menu
3. Click the button labelled "CANCEL MEMBERSHIP" under Membership Status and follow the subsequent instructions

Method 2

1. Log into your WorldPay shopper account - you will be sent a username and password after paying through WorldPay
2. Click on CANCEL under the transaction number you received when paying for People2View membership
